Does Silex only sell what it integrates?

No. You can buy hardware, software, and subscriptions from the line card without an integration project. When you want help, Silex engineers install, integrate, and support what you buy. We also recommend platforms we do not resell when they fit your requirements better.

How are renewals tracked?

Silex tracks the renewal and maintenance dates for what we sell and quotes each renewal before it lapses, so you have time to review it before coverage ends.

What does third-party hardware support cover?

Silex provides multi-vendor hardware maintenance, so one partner can support hardware from several manufacturers in your environment. We confirm the coverage for each system when we quote it.
