silexdata.com is operated by Silex Data Solutions ("Silex," "we," or "us") of Franklin, Tennessee. These terms apply to your use of the website. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle the information you send us.

Services and separate agreements

The site describes the products and services Silex offers, but it does not create an agreement to provide them. Workshops, assessments, professional and managed services, and product purchases are governed by the proposal, statement of work, quote, or other written agreement between you and Silex, or with the distributor or contract vehicle you buy through. If one of those agreements conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

The site does not publish prices. Offerings, partner programs, and contract vehicles change over time, and the availability of a product through a contract vehicle depends on the manufacturer and the contract.

Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes. You agree that you will not:

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be resolved in the state courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee, or in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. If you use the site after an update, you accept the updated terms.
